Valentine’s Day is officially around the corner and you can bet I am already thinking of all the cute ways to celebrate, hence, this blog post. This past weekend, I pulled out my heart-shaped waffle maker and was inspired to create a beautiful spread that was perfect for brunch. My cute little niece was a part of the action, and based on her excitement, I think any kid would agree that this heart-shaped waffle maker is perfect for Valentine’s Day. So what was supposed to be a morning of creating a beautiful brunch charcuterie board turned into a fun activity with the niece. I kid you not, she probably ate like 20 mini waffles, haha.

Talk about deliciousness, right?!? I can hardly wait to create this brunch spread again on Valentine’s Day weekend. Since the hubby is currently completing a challenge right now, I’ll have to leave out the powdered sugar and maple syrup. Perhaps I will use the Kodiak waffle mix so I can make protein waffles…alright, I think I am onto something. Anyway, if you decide to try it, please let me know your thoughts. What would you add to your brunch spread?!?
