Hope you had a wonderful Easter yesterday! We spent the weekend with our families in our hometown so you can bet it was nice spending quality time with them. Jose and I are blessed to have both of our families in the same town so we try our best to squeeze in the majority. It is not always easy but it sure is worth it.

In case you missed last week’s try-on session with Merge Boutique, this green & white linen dress is what I ended up choosing as my Easter outfit. I tried on several beauties but this one took the spotlight when I realized how great it fit! The first thing that attracted me to the dress was the stripes. I love that they run in different directions, I think it adds more dimension and character to the dress. The second thing I loved was the fit and length. I was searching for a dress suitable for church and family activities. (Yes, we ended up playing games – sooo much fun playing with REAL eggs!). And of course, the last factor that convinced me to purchase the dress was the pockets!
