Cheers to the freaking weekend! You can bet watermelon margaritas are in order to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! We will be making our homemade version, I’ll link it here in case you decide to try it. It is fresh, delicious, and simple.
For the first time ever, shoes were chosen as my Profresh Friday Picks. I have a feeling this will not be the last time either. Hope you love shoes as much as I do!
Last year, I shared when and how I came across my Fratelli Rossetti shoes. Unfortunately, I had to delete the blog post because the content was deleted except for one photo. I am not sure what’s happening with my website lately (this is the second time a blog post is missing content) but I am trying to get to the bottom of it. Anyway, we can say this is the updated version 🙂
There is no doubt I am a shoe girl. In fact, I am little embarrassed to even bring up the subject because I will drop serious money for the perfect pair. The first time I came across my first pair of Fratelli Rossetti shoes was during our honeymoon trip as we were roaming the streets of Venice, Italy. I knew we belonged together and it only seemed appropriate to purchase a pair of these stylish Italian shoes while in Italy. I was actually pretty shocked when I find out how much they cost IF you order and purchase from the US. However, if you ever have the opportunity to go to Italy, and you absolutely love unique and quality shoes, then please do yourself a favor and visit the store! I promise you will not regret the experience.
On that note, I went ahead and scouted stylish loafers from reputable brands.
I hope you love! (Click the image to shop.)
Franco Sarto – Inky Navy: This is one of many Franco Sarto loafers I am linking. I have yet to purchase a pair, but after some research, this brand is known to be comfortable. This pair is currently $62, fair price for a nice pair of loafers.
Franco Sarto – Black: Here is the black version for a slightly higher price. I am very intrigued by this shoe because the sole looks super comfortable. I am going to make a trip to the store to test them out and share a quick try-on session via IG stories. I’ll be sure to save the story on my highlights, Friday Picks.Steve Madden – Blush Pink Croco: I can confidently say Steve Madden has some of the most stylish and comfortable shoes. I mean look at these blush pink synthetic crocodile shoes, I am a huge fan. So far, great reviews and they come in a nice creamy/ivory color too.
Steve Madden – Leopard Print: This slip on style leopard shoes are freaking adorable! Many great reviews too! I have been wanting leopard print shoes, so either this pair, or the one below, will end up in my closet.
Franco Sarto – White Perforated: Absolutely in love with this perforated style, super chic and modern! LOVE the stylish heel! There are still many sizes available. If you love this pair, I would add them to your cart and check out as soon as a special hits.
Franco Sarto – Leopard Print: Ahhh I may end up with this pair as my leopard print loafer! Love the double tassel! A true classic. I am already thinking of all the ways to style this little number.
Taryn Rose – Moonstone: First of all, the fact that these are waterproof, I think it’s so cool. The second thing that impressed me about this brand was that it was created by an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Taryn Rose. Weatherproof and comfortable? Sign. Me. Up. Best believe I have my eyes on this brand. Also, how adorable is this pair?!? Love the studs and color!
AD & Daughters: I had to throw this one in the mix. Peep the block heel, so cute! Honestly, I wouldn’t refrain from sporting this white pair in the fall/winter. Making a statement never goes out of style.
