Happy, happy Monday! Hope you are having a wonderful start to a new week. I am so ready for tomorrow because Starbucks will begin selling PSLs, and in case you haven’t heard yet, they are releasing a new PSL drink for the first time ever. That’s right! You’ll have two PSL options this year! I’ll be swinging by tomorrow morning and will keep you posted on what I think via IG stories.
Anyway, let’s move on to today’s new recipe…
…a tasty garlic vinaigrette dressing. I cannot believe I am just getting around to sharing this recipe. It is perfect for your chicken, steak, shrimp, or veggie salad! Incredibly tasty and easy to make.
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 whole lemons, or to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Crushed red pepper, to taste
Ready for the steps? Just whisk everything together and you’re pretty much ready to go, haha! Alright, alright, if I must, here they go:
- In a bowl, pour the olive oil.
- Add the chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
- Whisk all of the ingredients until they are well-blended.
Taste the dressing before adding it to your salad and adjust to your taste buds! And Ta-da! You’re all set.
