The holidays are around the corner and everyone knows it! And if you think it’s little cray to begin playing Christmas music then you can skedaddle on outta here. I’ve been playing it since the first of November, and nope, no shame in my playlist game. I recently read a meme that went something along these lines, “It’s almost the time of year to get all dressed up just to sit around in the living room,” and I couldn’t help but to laugh out loud because I am definitely guilty of this! But who cares what anyone else thinks or says, right? Dressing up comes with the holiday territory.
The planner in me started hunting for holiday outfits as soon as Halloween was over even though it’s a little tricky deciding what to wear because this Texas weather is unpredictable up until the day of. Given the weather lately though, I think we will be on the crispier side of things this year – fingers crossed! Over the next few weeks, I’ll be assembling (old and new) favorite pieces in hopes of sparking a little wardrobe inspo, beginning with this new set.

Basic sweater | Plaid Jumpsuit
I am 5’4″ and the jumpsuit fits perfectly with 3″ heel booties! I was little nervous it would be too long but it worked out! And this soft basic turtleneck is a staple, perfect for the winter season. Best part? You can stock up in six more colors! And for my girls in an office environment, I think this is totally appropriate!
Stay tuned for more holiday outfit ideas! Hope you have a great start to a fresh week.
