Total Cook Time: ~20 min
Here is what you’ll need to make Potato Wedges:
- 4 small russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat the oven at 450 degrees.
On a baking pan, lay out the potatoes, and add the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Bake for ~20 minutes total, ~10 minutes on each side.
