Happy, happy Monday, beautiful! I hope you had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend. My parents were in Cancun for a small getaway with my little brother so my sisters and I didn’t have the opportunity to celebrate the day of. It was the first family vacay we missed so it definitely felt a little odd being away from them. Instead, I spent the day with my in-laws and stuffed my face like it was Thanksgiving Day.
On Saturday, you probably spotted a cute little number on me. I wore it to an event, Babechella, produced by Blogger Babes Productions.
It was the perfect opportunity to connect with other amazing bloggers in the community so I knew I had to attend. I am glad I did because I made new blogger friends AND finally met a few I’ve been following for a while! It was nice being surrounded by like-minded individuals with big dreams.

I knew I wanted to wear a dress that would help me keep cool because this Texas heat is no joke. I am glad I ended up with this green beauty because I survived the heat and it matched well with my new pink shoes. Pretty in Pink and Green, love this duo!
