Banana Bread Recipe

Happy, happy Monday!!! Are we seriously halfway through October?!? How? Why?

As soon as Halloween is over, I feel the year wraps up pretty quickly! Not sure how I feel about it…I am trying to decorate a house here before the year ends. We will see how far I get…

…I am sooooo excited to share my online shopping with you later this week. I am hoping most of the items work out. I explained the vibe to Jose yesterday so hopefully he buys into it once he sees everything come together. Honestly, I hope I buy into my own inspiration! LOL! We shall see…

Well, as promised, here is my favorite banana bread recipe. The original recipe is linked here – I’ve tried this recipe several times, and one day, I decided to play a bit. I tossed in a few extra ingredients that I thought would go with the fall theme and here is what I came up with:

Extra Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup of green apple, chopped
  2. 1/2 cup of oats
